Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays, supplier delays, or periods of high order volume.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Delivery options and supported destinations are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, courier network conditions, supplier dispatch timing, customs processing, and local delivery partners.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate, not a guarantee. We always aim to provide a reliable experience, but delays can occur outside BeautyVivo’s control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after a parcel enters the courier network.
If tracking has not updated for several days, your parcel may still be moving through a handoff, customs point, or local depot. Contact us if you’d like help reviewing the status.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, selected shipping method, and active BeautyVivo shipping settings at the time of purchase.
Some orders may qualify for reduced or complimentary shipping when active thresholds are met. Any eligible shipping offer will be reflected before payment is completed.
Duties, taxes, and import fees
Depending on your delivery destination, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and may be the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. BeautyVivo is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@beautyvivo.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order is processing or dispatched.
Delayed, lost, or missing parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number and delivery address. We may ask you to check nearby delivery areas, household members, reception desks, parcel lockers, or local courier depots before a claim can be reviewed.
Where appropriate, we’ll work with the courier, supplier, or fulfilment partner to investigate and help determine the best next step.
