Before you reach out

For order support, include your order number, email address used at checkout, and a short description of what you need help with.

For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review it quickly.

For delivery questions, check your tracking link first. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Response times

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Our customer care hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, replies may take a little longer.
