Orders
How do I know my order was received?+
After checkout, you’ll see an order confirmation page and receive an order email when available. If you created an account, your order history will appear once the payment is captured.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has started processing or has been dispatched.
Shipping
Where does BeautyVivo ship?+
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. Shipping options may vary by destination, product availability, fulfilment partners, and active shipping settings.
How long does processing take?+
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Returns
What is the return window?+
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can opened beauty products be returned?+
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Payments
How are payments processed?+
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. BeautyVivo does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.
What currency will I pay in?+
Currency and payment options are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees depending on your location and card settings.
Tracking
When will I receive tracking?+
When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the parcel enters the courier network.
What if my tracking stops updating?+
Tracking may pause during courier handoffs, customs processing, or local depot transfers. If it has not updated for several days, contact us and we’ll help review the status.
Promotions
How do promo codes work?+
Promo codes may have eligibility rules such as minimum order values, expiry dates, login requirements, customer limits, or product/cart restrictions. Eligible discounts are applied securely during checkout.
Why is my promo code not working?+
The code may be expired, already used, below the minimum order value, linked to a different account, or not eligible for the current cart. Check the offer terms or contact customer care for help.
Account help
Do I need an account to shop?+
Some checkout and promotional features may work best with an account. Creating an account helps you view order history, save cart activity, and access eligible customer offers.
Can I see my previous orders?+
If your order is linked to your account email, it will appear in your BeautyVivo account after payment is captured and the order is created.

BeautyVivo focuses on curated beauty, skincare, and self-care items with attention to presentation, supplier details, fulfilment viability, and customer experience.
Should I check ingredients before use?+
Yes. Always read product labels, instructions, and warnings before use. If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or are unsure whether a product is suitable, consult a qualified professional.
