Return eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, accessories, and protective materials intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed beauty, skincare, cosmetic, personal-care, and wellness items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened, used, tested, or unsealed beauty and personal-care items.
- Products with missing packaging, broken seals, or signs of use.
- Gift cards, digital items, and final-sale items.
- Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
- Returns sent without prior approval.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Once reviewed, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue, product availability, and fulfilment circumstances.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed BeautyVivo error, damaged item, incorrect item, or fulfilment issue.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability can change quickly. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return or refund has been approved.
How to request a return
Email support@beautyvivo.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your request. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos so we can review it quickly.
Please do not send items back without approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
